If this does not resolve your issue, we will offer you the choice of an exchange for a different product of your choice with comparable value, shipped freight-free, or a refund of the price you paid for the product. We regret that we can not offer refunds of shipping charges unless a product is determined to be defective. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
